- 1 c. cut-up turkey
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 4 to 6 chopped and cooked potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. pickle relish
- 1/2 c. cooked peas
- 1/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
- paprika
Directions

1Cook the onion in margarine until transparent but not brown. Add turkey, soup, potatoes, pickle relish and peas.

2Heat slowly. Season to taste.

3Turn into a 1-quart casserole.

4Cover with cheese.

5Sprinkle top with paprika.

6Cook for 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
