  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • vegetable cooking spray
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped red sweet peppers
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. low-fat margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 1 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
  • 5 c. chopped, cooked turkey breast (skin before cooking)

Directions

    Coat a large skillet with spray.
