  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 c. thawed hash browns (diced boiled potatoes)
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. savory, crumbled
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. catsup

Directions

    Brown butter and ground turkey.

    Stir in onion and hash browns. Cook until onion is partially cooked.

    Mix in spices.

    Flatten hash and make 4 shallow dents.

    Add 1 egg and 3/4 tablespoon catsup to each shallow dent.

    Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes.
