- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup large flake rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs (parsley, rosemary or thyme)
- 1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
- 1 Honeycrisp apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

2Combine flour, oats, herbs, baking powder and pepper in large bowl.

3Cut in cream cheese product with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture forms coarse crumbs.

4Add apples and buttermilk; stir just until mixture forms soft dough.

5Place on lightly floured surface; knead 10 times.

6Pat into 1/2-inch-thick circle.

7Use lightly floured biscuit cutter to cut dough into 15 rounds; place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheet.

8Brush with egg.

9Bake 15 to 18 min.
