- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 16 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 16 oz. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown turkey in saucepan; drain.

2Add cottage cheese and sauce.

3Reserve 1 cup sauce.

4Salt and pepper to taste.

5Put one layer of noodles in bottom of 9 x 13 baking pan.

6Spoon layer of meat mixture over noodles. Put some cheese on top.

7Continue as directed.

8Should end with noodles as top layer.

9Put reserved sauce over top and cover with cheese.

10Refrigerate overnight. Cover with foil and bake 30 to 40 minutes in 350° oven.

11Serve hot.
