- 1 pound Ground Turkey, Lean
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 jars Your Favorite Pasta Sauce
- 1 box Lasagna Noodles
- 15 ounces, weight Ricotta Cheese
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella, Divided
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
Directions

1Brown the ground turkey with the minced garlic til brown.

2Drain.

3In an 11x7 dish, spread one cup sauce, top with uncooked lasagna noodles.

4Layer ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella and Parmesan.

5Add ground turkey.

6Spread one cup sauce and cover with another layer of lasagna noodles.

7Put remaining sauce on top of noodles.

8Cover with foil and bake at 375 for one hour.

9Uncover and top with remaining mozzarella and let stand 5 minutes.
