  • 1 pound Ground Turkey, Lean
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 jars Your Favorite Pasta Sauce
  • 1 box Lasagna Noodles
  • 15 ounces, weight Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella, Divided
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese

    Brown the ground turkey with the minced garlic til brown.

    Drain.

    In an 11x7 dish, spread one cup sauce, top with uncooked lasagna noodles.

    Layer ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella and Parmesan.

    Add ground turkey.

    Spread one cup sauce and cover with another layer of lasagna noodles.

    Put remaining sauce on top of noodles.

    Cover with foil and bake at 375 for one hour.

    Uncover and top with remaining mozzarella and let stand 5 minutes.
