- 1 cup turkey cooked, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lard
- 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup corn flakes rolled
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onions chopped
- 23 cups bread crumbs
- 1 cup light cream (half&half) and half milk
- 1 cup soup, cream of chicken diluted
Directions

1Melt fat in skillet, blend in flour, add salt and pepper.

2Stir in milk.

3Cook on low heat until thick, while stirring.

4Stir in turkey, onion, breadcrumbs.

5Shape into 8 small patties and chill.

6Dip in corn flakes, then milk and again in corn flakes.

7Brown in hot skillet.

8Place in bowl and cover with soup.
