Ingredients

  • 1 cup turkey cooked, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lard
  • 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup corn flakes rolled
  • 18 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onions chopped
  • 23 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 cup light cream (half&half) and half milk
  • 1 cup soup, cream of chicken diluted

    Melt fat in skillet, blend in flour, add salt and pepper.

    Stir in milk.

    Cook on low heat until thick, while stirring.

    Stir in turkey, onion, breadcrumbs.

    Shape into 8 small patties and chill.

    Dip in corn flakes, then milk and again in corn flakes.

    Brown in hot skillet.

    Place in bowl and cover with soup.
