Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
- 1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1/4 c. skim milk
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp. ground sage
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Spray 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

3In large bowl, mix all ingredients well.

4Shape into loaf and put in pan.

5Bake 50 to 60 minutes or unti loaf pulls away from sides of pan.

6Remove to platter.

7Cool 10 minutes before slicing.

8Makes 6 servings with 210 calories and 10 g fat.
