  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 celery, chopped
  • 1 green apple, chopped
  • 8 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
  • 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. lite salt
  • 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 4 Tbsp. parsley
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. fruit juice (cranberry)
