  • 1 1/2 c. leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 c. chopped sauerkraut
  • .13 tsp. Pepper
  • Wonton-skin wrapper
  • sour cream
  • Parsley

Directions

    In medium bowl, combine potatoes, sauerkraut, and pepper.

    Place scant tablespoon mixture in center of wonton-skin wrapper; dab edges of wrapper with water.

    Fold and pinch edges to enclose filling.

    Place under damp paper towels.

    Repeat with remaining filling.

    Cook in 6-quart saucepot of salted boiling water 3 minutes or until dough is cooked through.

    Drain well.

    Serve with sour cream and chopped parsley.
