  • 1 c. spaghetti sauce (your favorite kind)
  • 1 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
  • 2 eggs (unbeaten)
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • seasonings to taste preference (garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, etc.)
