- 8 manicotti shells
- 1 lb. ground raw turkey
- 1 large can meatless spaghetti sauce
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. snipped parsley
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook manicotti in boiling water about 18 minutes or until tender but still firm.

2Drain well.

3In a large skillet cook turkey until no longer pink.

4Drain.

5Stir in sauce; heat through.

6Mix together egg, Ricotta, Mozzarella, parsley and Parmesan.

7Stuff cheese mixture into shells.

8Spoon 1/3 of the sauce mixture into a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

9Place shells atop.

10Top with remaining sauce mix; covering shells.

11Bake, covered, in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot.
