Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 1 egg white, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- parsley, minced
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 c. tomato sauce (with some water)
- 1 c. Prego or Ragu sauce
- 1/2 c. red wine
Directions

1Mix first 8 ingredients well.

2Form into balls or loaf.

3Fry balls in a sprayed frypan.

4Brown a little; if any grease, drain. Add tomato sauce, Prego or Ragu and wine.

5Simmer 1 hour.

6Serve with spaghetti or rice.
