Turkey Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • parsley, minced
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 c. tomato sauce (with some water)
  • 1 c. Prego or Ragu sauce
  • 1/2 c. red wine

    Mix first 8 ingredients well.

    Form into balls or loaf.

    Fry balls in a sprayed frypan.

    Brown a little; if any grease, drain. Add tomato sauce, Prego or Ragu and wine.

    Simmer 1 hour.

    Serve with spaghetti or rice.
