- 30 grams sugar(30grams)
- 5 ml light soysauce(5ml)
- 5 grams salt(5grams)
- 5 ml dark soysauce(5ml)
Directions

1boil eggs in salted water for 8mins

2peel eggs and use a knife to lightly cut on the surface for good absorption

3mix beer,salt,sugar,soysauce in a deep small pot
-
4put in eggs and boil untill sauce almost boiled away, stir occationally
-
5there should still be 1/4 of the sauce left when you finish cooking
