Turkey Meat Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb ground turkey (not breast)
- 1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (10 ounce) can tomato puree
- 1 12 cups water
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 12 teaspoon basil
- 12 teaspoon salt
Directions

1In a large pot, heat the oil.

2Brown the garlic and sautee the onion.

3Add the meat and brown it untill all traces of pink have gone, breaking it up into smaller peices with a spatula or large spoon.

4Add the sauce, puree, water and spices.

5Give it a stir and let it simmer covered on low heat for about an hour, stirring every few minutes to prevent the bottom from burning.

6Serve over pasta.
