- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1/8 tsp sea salt or to taste
Directions

1Put all ingredients except for sea salt in a shallow bowl.

2With a spoon smash and mix well.

3I like my mix to be fairly smooth but that's just my preference.

4Add sea salt to taste.

5A little goes a long way in this recipe.

6If you make this ahead of time and store in fridge, bring your mixture to room temperature before using.

7Once your protein is cooked remove from stove, oven or grill.

8Top with blue cheese mix and cover for about a minute to warm the topping.
