Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. uncooked ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. cooked onion
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can turkey gravy (Franco American)
  • 1/3 c. apple jelly
  • 1/3 c. chili sauce (Texas Pete)

Directions

    Mix first four ingredients and add 1/4 cup gravy.

    Make into balls. In a 3-quart casserole, combine remainder of gravy, apple jelly and chili sauce.

    Cover and microwave on High for 5 minutes. Add meatballs.

    Cover and microwave for 8 minutes.

    Serve over noodles or rice.
