Turkey Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 3 tbsp fresh bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons thyme
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1-2 cans chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions

    combine turkey,bread crumbs,thyme in lrg bowl, season well. Roll into tbsp size balls.

    Add oil in pan, fry balls 5 mins each side. Or until golden brown.

    Remove meatballs, add onions to oil, cook until soft. Add tomato, stock, and vinegar. Return meatballs to pan simmer for 10 minutes.

    Serve on pasta and parmesan cheese.
