Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 1- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Water (as Needed)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Mix all ingredients together except water, until everything is just incorporated.

3You do not want to over-mix.

4If mixture is not easily formed into balls, add a splash of water to loosen it.

5Form into 1-inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.

6Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes, or until cheese starts to melt and they are cooked through.

7Note: These meatballs can be served immediately or frozen once cooked.

8To defrost, I place them in my pasta sauce to reheat for about 10 minutes.

10You can use ground beef with these as well and they turn out delicious (I originally made them with ground beef)!
