  • 1/4 small cantaloupe
  • four tortillas
  • 1/4 c. horseradish sauce
  • 6 large lettuce leaves
  • 12 oz. turkey breast

    Cut rind from cantaloupe; cut flesh crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices (about 1 cup).

    Spread tortillas with an even layer of horseradish sauce; top with lettuce and turkey.

    Divide cantaloupe among tortillas.

    Tightly roll up tortillas, jelly-roll fashion.
