Turkey Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 5 c turkey stock
  • 5 c water
  • 1 small onion, chopped (onion should be very small)
  • 1 c carrots, cubed
  • 1/2 c celery, cubed
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1/3 c fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/3 c fresh parsely, chopped
  • 8 oz. wide egg noodles

Directions

    1. Combine first 6 ingredients in soup pot and bring to a boil.

    2. Lower heat and simmer for 20 mins until veggies are tender.

    3. Bring soup back up to gentle boil and add the rest of the ingredients. Boil unilt noodles are tender.
