- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 45 oz Pasta Sauce
- 1 lb Rotini
- 2 medium Green Peppers, diced
- 1 medium Onion, diced
- 2 cup Shredded Mozzerella
- 1 packages Sliced Pepperoni
- 2 clove Minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350

2Heat large skillet with olive oil.

3Add ground turkey.

4Add diced green peppers, diced onion and minced garlic.

5Cook until turkey is done and veggies are tender.

6Boil pasta according to directions on package.

7When pasta is done, drain it but save a small amount of the water.

8Combine pasta with turkey, small amount of pasta water and peppers and onions.

9Add jar of pasta sauce and combine

10Add half of mixture to 9x11 casserole dish.

11Sprinkle half of cheese over mixture and place half of pepperonis over mixture as well.

12Add other half of mixture and sprinkle remaining cheese and pepperonis.

13Place casserole in oven for 15-20 minutes or until pepperoni on top is crispy and cheese is melted
