Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 14 oz chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cup diced or shredded turkey
- 2 cup frozen mixed vegetales
- 1 packages buttery biscuit dough (tube)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F

2In a medium saucepan, melt butter.

3Add onions.

4Add flour, salt and pepper.

5Slowly pour in chicken broth and milk.

6Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thick and bubbly.

7Stir in turkey and vegetables.

8Remove from heat.

9Pour mixture in ungreased 9x13 casserole dish.

10Flatten biscuits out to about 1/4 inch thick.

11Lay on top of turkey mixture.

12Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
