  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 3 whole Carrots, Chopped
  • 3 stalks Celery, Chopped
  • 1 whole Onion, Medium, Chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweet Peas, Drained
  • 1 cup White Wine Or Stock
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Cooked Turkey, Chopped
  • 2 whole Pie Crusts
  • 1 whole Eggs, Lightly Beaten

    Melt butter in medium stockpot.

    Cook carrots, celery, onion and garlic until tender.

    Add sweet peas, wine or stock, pepper, and onion.

    Simmer.

    Put your first pie crust in a pie dish.

    Pour the turkey mixture into pie crust.
