  • 3 cups PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 3 qt. red onions, sliced
  • 3 qt. green peppers, thinly sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 48 each flour tortillas
  • 96 slices hickory-smoked turkey breast, cut into 1 oz. slices
  • 1 cup olive oil

    Mix cream cheese and Cajun seasoning until well blended.

    Saute onions and peppers in chicken broth with Italian seasoning.

    For each serving: Spread 1 tortilla with 1 Tbsp.

    of the Neufchatel mixture; top with 1/2 cup vegetable mixture and 2 turkey slices.

    Fold tortilla in half.

    Heat oil on griddle at 350F.
