Turkey Quinoa Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground Turkey
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 small shallots, minced
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix everything together, without squishing it. Make 1-2 inches balls and flatten to shape as mini burgers. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side

    I baked potato slices in the oven at F400 for 10-12 minutes and used them as buns....I served it with a siracha aioli, mixing vegenaise (or mayonnaise) and siracha sauce.
