Ingredients

  • 10 slices Pepperidge Farm white bread
  • 4 c. bite size turkey
  • 16 oz. can mushrooms
  • 8 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 10 slices sharp Cheddar
  • mayonnaise
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 4 oz. pimento
  • bread crumbs
  • butter

Directions

    Remove bread crusts and butter bread on both sides.

    Put in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

    Spray mayonnaise on 1 side of cheese and place, mayonnaise side down, on bread.

    Beat eggs with milk.

    Pour over bread and cheese.

    Mix soups together (no diluting) and pour over eggs.

    Sprinkle with pimento.
