- 4 boneless pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 3 Tbsp. cooking sherry
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped chives
Directions

1Brown pork chops in an electric skillet.

2Allow pork chops to cook thoroughly and then remove them from the pan.

3Add sherry to drippings.

4Bring mixture to a boil, then add the cream cheese. Stir cream cheese until melted, then add chives.

5Allow mixture to cook approximately 10 minutes.

6Spoon mixture onto pork and serve.
