- 4 (4 oz.) turkey breast cutlets
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 3 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Place cutlets between unwaxed paper.

2Flatten to 1/8 inch thickness.

3Combine pepper, cheese and bread crumbs; dredge cutlets in mixture.

4Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray.

5Add olive oil.

6Place over medium-high heat until hot.

7Add cutlets; cook 2 minutes on each side or until browned.

8Add wine and lemon juice; cook 2 minutes or until heated.

9Transfer to serving platter; sprinkle with parsley.
