Ingredients
- 1 medium turkey breast
- 8 to 10 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 small stalk celery, diced
- 1 lb. carrots, diced
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. uncooked rice, cooked ahead of time and set aside
Directions

1Wash turkey breast.

2Place in a large pot and cover with water.

3Bring to a boil and cook until tender.

4Remove from broth and cool.

5Dice.

6You may not need all of turkey meat.

7Add to broth the bouillon cubes, carrots, celery and soup.

8Add more water if needed to make more broth.

9Cook until tender.

10Add diced turkey and cooked rice a little at a time so as not to get it too thick.

11You may not need all rice.
