  • turkey carcass and leftover meat of large chicken
  • 3 cans cream-style corn
  • 1 pkg. frozen baby lima beans
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can whole tomatoes (28 oz.), chopped with liquid
  • garlic powder
  • Nature's Seasons spice
  • pepper

Directions

    Boil carcass or chicken until meat falls away from bones. Strain and save liquid.

    Cut meat into bite size pieces and place back in liquid.

    Add other ingredients; bring to a boil, then let simmer for at least 2 hours.

    Stir occasionally to keep corn from sticking.

    Serves 6 to 8.
