Turkey-Spaghetti Casserole

  • 5 oz. spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked, cubed turkey
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimento
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 3/4 c. (7 oz.) Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook spaghetti according to directions on box.

    Drain and rinse.

    Combine spaghetti and remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

    Spoon into greased shallow 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
