- 1/4 c. diced green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. cooked noodles
- 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked turkey
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1In saucepan cook green pepper and onion in butter until tender. In 1 1/2-quart casserole, blend soup and sour cream.

2Stir in remaining ingredients.

3Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until hot. Stir.

4Sprinkle with additional paprika.

5Makes about 4 1/2 cups.
