- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 stalks celery, chopped fine
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (or your own mixture of bread crumbs with favorite spices)
- 2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
Directions

1Cook sausage until nearly done.

2Add onion and celery.

3Cook slowly 10 minutes.

4Add hamburger and seasoning; brown.

5Add bread crumbs until the fat from the meat has been absorbed.

6Let cool before stuffing the turkey and keep it from becoming dry.
