- 1 lb. turkey tenderloin, 3/4 to 1-inch thick
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. peanut oil
- 1/4 c. sherry wine
- 2 Tbsp. pure lemon juice
- dash of black pepper
- dash of garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. crushed onion
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
Directions

1Blend all ingredients except turkey together in shallow pan. Add turkey, turning to coat; both sides.

2Cover and marinate in refrigerator for several hours, turning occasionally.

3Grill tenderloins over hot coals 8 to 10 minutes per side, depending on thickness.

4Tenderloin is done when there is no pink in center of meat.

5Do not overcook.
