Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 1/2 c. diced cold cooked turkey
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- salt and pepper
- dash of nutmeg
Directions

1Melt butter and blend with flour.

2Add milk while stirring, keeping mixture smooth.

3Add meat and seasoning, heat until mixture thickens.

4Cool.

5Roll pastry 1/8-inch thick and cut out 24 pieces allowing 2 pieces for each turnover.

6Place one piece on baking sheet and 1 heaping tablespoon of meat filling.

7Moisten edge with cold water and cover with second piece of pastry.

8Crimp edges with fork and prick each turnover to allow steam to escape. Bake at 450°

9about 20 minutes or until brown.

10Makes 6 to 8 servings.
