Turkey Vegetable Pie

  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 1/2 c. onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 c. diced cooked turkey
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls

Directions

    Cook frozen vegetables and drain.

    In saucepan, cook onion, celery and thyme until tender.

    Add soup and milk and stir until smooth.

    In a 12 x 8-inch baking dish, combine turkey, cooked vegetables and pepper.
