  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. diced cooked turkey
  • 2 apples, cored and chopped
  • 2 to 3 sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

    In large bowl, stir first 4 ingredients until smooth.

    Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat well.

    Cover; chill it. Makes 5 cups.
