Turmeric Egg Scramble

- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2-1/3 teaspoons turmeric
Directions

1Heat oil in a skillet.

2Once hot, add most of the turmeric to the oil reserving a pinch to add on top of the eggs at the end.

3Crack eggs into the turmeric/oil mixture and move around using a spatula.

4Once eggs reach the consistency you like, sprinkle last pinch to turmeric on top of eggs.

5Season with salt and pepper

6Serve on toasted sourdough bread (or preferred bread of choice) and enjoy!
