  • 10 to 12 medium turnips
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. grated carrot
  • 1 stick oleo
  • Stove Top stuffing
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Pare turnips and chop onion. Boil in small amount of water until tender, then mash. Add 2 cans soup, sour cream and carrot. Add about 2 cups stuffing mix (seasoned). Pour into casserole dish; dot with oleo and sprinkle some stuffing on top. Bake in 350° oven about 35 to 40 minutes.
