- 1 box Swiss chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 14 oz. bag light caramels
- 12 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Blend cake mix, margarine and 1/3 cup milk in large mixer bowl. Beat until mixed.

2Place half of cake mixture in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan and press into bottom.

3Bake at 350° for 6 minutes.

4Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.

5Place caramels and 1/3 cup milk in saucepan.

6Stir over medium heat until smooth.

7Pour over cake; sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.

8Press remaining dough into little pieces and cover nuts. Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes.

9Let cool before cutting.
