  • 1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. Carnation milk

    Bake 1/2 cake mix for 15 minutes at 350° in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Melt caramels with milk and margarine; pour over baked cake.

    Sprinkle nuts and chips over mix.

    Bake for about 25 minutes more, or until top cake batter is done.
