Turtle Cake

  • 1 (2 layer) pkg. German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 3/4 c. Kraft caramel sauce

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients together.

    Use a Tupperware 3 quart stack cooker with pan and cone sprayed with Pam.

    Time may have to be adjusted with some microwaves.

    Sprinkle pecans in the bottom of pan.

    Pour in the cake mixture.

    Slowly pour caramel sauce around the pan in a circle, being very careful that the caramel doesn't touch the cone or the outside of the pan.

    Let stand 5 minutes.

    Bake in microwave oven for 9 minutes at 50% power, then 7 minutes at High power.

    Let stand 5 minutes.

    Turn out onto a plate.
