Turtle Cake

   Make cake mix according to package directions. Pour half batter in 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

   Melt caramels and margarine.

   Blend well.

   Add Eagle Brand milk.

   Mix until smooth.

   Pour over baked cake.

   Add remaining batter.

   Top with chocolate chips and nuts.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Check for doneness (not gooey).
