- 8 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g plain flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions

1grease 2 baking tins of medium size and set in card board papers and set aside.

2beat sugar and eggs in a mixer till light and fluffy.

3remove from the mixer and pour in a clean dry container.

4add in vanilla essence and flour and mix slowly with a specular until all the flour is done.

5pour the mixture in the baking tins.

6bake for 25mins at 180degrees or until cake tastes done.
