- 1 box German chocolate cake mix, mixed to directions
- 1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1/4 c. canned milk
- 1 c. nuts
Directions

1Melt butter with milk, then add caramels and chocolate chips to melt. Add nuts. Bake 1/2 cake mixture 15 minutes. Pour other mixture on top of cake, then pour other half of cake mix. Bake at 300° for about 15 minutes.
