Ingredients

  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 3/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 3/4 c. oleo
  • 2 c. cream
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Put all of syrup, sugar and 1/2 of cream in pan; bring to a boil.

    Stir mixture constantly.

    Add rest of cream and oleo slowly so mixture does not stop boiling.

    Boil to soft ball on candy thermometer.

    Add vanilla and pour over pecans.

    Have pecans ready single layer on pan.
