- 2 c. white sugar
- 3/4 c. light corn syrup
- 3/4 c. oleo
- 2 c. cream
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Put all of syrup, sugar and 1/2 of cream in pan; bring to a boil.

2Stir mixture constantly.

3Add rest of cream and oleo slowly so mixture does not stop boiling.

4Boil to soft ball on candy thermometer.

5Add vanilla and pour over pecans.

6Have pecans ready single layer on pan.
