  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 12 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 -8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
  • 14 cup lemon juice
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 cup chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces caramel topping
  • 12 cup pecans, chopped

    Preheat oven to 300 degree F. Mix cracker crumbs, sugar, nuts and margarine.

    Press into 9-inch spring form or cake pan.

    Set aside.

    Blend cream cheese until creamy.

    Mix in sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice; then add eggs and mix.

    Pour over crust.

    Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the cream cheese layer and allow them to sink.

    Bake for 50-55 minutes.

    Remove and drizzle caramel topping over the top and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
