- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 box light brown sugar
- 1 c. white Karo syrup
- 1/2 lb. butter
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 lb. pecan halves
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/6 stick paraffin wax
Directions

1Cook the Eagle Brand milk, brown sugar, Karo syrup, butter, salt and vanilla to a soft ball stage.

2Take pecan halves and place in 3's on aluminum foil or wax paper to resemble a turtle. Melt in double boiler the chocolate chips and paraffin wax.

3Pour caramel over the pecans by the spoonfuls and then cover with the melted chocolate.

4Cool well.
