Ingredients

  • 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 pkg. caramels
  • 1 lb. pecan or walnut halves

Directions

    Using a well buttered plate, arrange 3 or 4 nuts in a cluster. Place 1 caramel on top of each cluster and microwave on Low until soft.

    Remove and press down with a well buttered knife.

    While these are cooling, melt chocolate chips, stirring constantly until smooth.

    Spoon chocolate over clusters.

    Let stand until firm. Remove from plate with a spatula.
